Our Design Clinic service is tailored to help you create your desired home. We also offer Condition Reports, generally known as Engineers / Architects Reports, for the pre-contract stage of purchasing your new home. Conservation Reports for protected structures at planning application stage are available with our Grade III accreditation in conservation.

By using old and new world methodologies, the use of natural healthy building materials and conservation methods where appropriate, Architect Patti O’Neill adds this service to the consultation. About Patti and O’Neill Architecture
Prior to establishing her own practice, Patti worked with Don O’Neill Consulting, Nenagh, on a wide range of housing projects, before joining Murray O’Laoire Architects, Limerick, in 2005. There she gained extensive additional experience in the design, construction and project management of large commercial projects. Part of her university studies included a project with architect Prof. Lebbeus Woods in New York City in the year of 1993.
